Refund Policy
Orion Consultation provides professional consulting services that involve significant preparation, advisor allocation, and time commitment. Consultation fees are earned upon delivery of services. Refunds are available in specific circumstances as detailed below and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis subject to verification.
By engaging Orion's services and paying your consultation fee, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy.
- Full refund: Available if you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled session date
- 50% refund: Available if you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the session
- No refund: Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or post-session requests
Sessions may be rescheduled once without penalty with more than 48 hours' notice. Subsequent rescheduling within 48 hours may be treated as a cancellation. Once a session has taken place, the consultation fee is non-refundable. If dissatisfied, contact us within 7 days to discuss how we can address your concerns.
- Full refund: Within 7 days of your first payment, provided no sessions have taken place
- Pro-rated refund: After the 7-day cooling-off period, if you cancel mid-month, a pro-rated refund may be issued for sessions not yet delivered, at Orion's discretion
- 30-day notice: After the first month, cancellation requires 30 days' written notice; the current month's fee is non-refundable
- No refund: For months in which the full scope of scheduled sessions has been delivered
Unused sessions within a given month do not roll over and are not refunded unless Orion failed to make those sessions available.
- Full refund: Within 7 days of first payment, provided zero advisory services have commenced
- Partial refund: For pre-paid months where services have not yet begun — a refund less a 10% administration fee may be issued to reflect advisor scheduling and opportunity costs
- No refund: For any month in which advisory services have commenced, regardless of sessions held
- Termination notice: 30 days' written notice required; final month's fee is non-refundable once notice is given
- Full refund: If you withdraw within 48 hours of receiving your acceptance confirmation, prior to any onboarding
- No refund: Once a cohort has commenced; mid-programme withdrawals are assessed individually and not guaranteed
Due to the limited-cohort nature of this programme, the reserved seat carries significant operational cost. Please review your acceptance agreement carefully before committing.

- Consultation fees for sessions that have been fully delivered
- Third-party costs or expenses incurred on your behalf (travel, software, venue bookings) unless Orion expressly agreed to refund these
- Fees for materials, toolkits, or reports already delivered in digital form
- Bank transfer fees or payment processing charges
In the rare event Orion cancels a confirmed session or terminates an engagement due to circumstances on our end, you are entitled to a full refund of fees paid for services not yet delivered, priority rescheduling at no additional cost if preferred, and a written explanation within 5 business days.
